Leopold Facilitators Workshop

Host: Southwest Washington Pheasants Forever
What: Three
day facilitators workshop based on the classic writings of
renowned conservationist, Aldo Leopold. The Leopold Education
Project
(LEP) is and interdisciplinary conservation and environmental education curriculum.
Who Should
Attend: Formal and informal educators, youth leaders,
naturalists and volunteers.
Curriculum: Attendees will be given the LEP
Teacher’s Guide and a classroom
Set of materials. These curriculum materials are normally used in grades 5 and above.
The lessons are adaptable to both formal and informal teaching situations.
Cost: Workshop
cost will be $150. This includes workshop, a classroom set
of teaching materials, food (2
breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners, and snacks) and lodging for the weekend.
